  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout.

When will my order ship? All orders are processed, packed for safety, and ready to hop on the transit truck within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number the moment your package starts its journey.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses? Yes! We proudly ship to all valid residential, business, P.O. Boxes, and military (APO/FPO) addresses within the United States.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

What is your return policy? We want every child to be absolutely delighted with our toys. If a toy isn't the perfect match for your home, we accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

What if a toy arrives damaged or missing a part? We take extra care in boxing our toys, but sometimes the journey can be bumpy. If an item arrives defective, please contact us at info@crispcricket.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and our support team will send a replacement immediately at zero extra cost to you.
